PAYMENT POLICY

Mala Kennedy does not allow for refunds or cancellations of any kind. If you decide to cancel your subscription and/or payments, you will lose access to your program within 24 hours. 

All payments are non-refundable and should you not be able to participate or choose not to participate in the program or offering that you purchased you will NOT receive a reimbursement for any payments received.

Execution of your payment plan is a contract to pay all payments on the plan, on time. Plans may not be cancelled even if you chose not to participate in the service.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
